Greetings Wahoo Families,

Our mock meet is this TONIGHT! Lots of important info below so please take a minute and read it all. 

IMPORTANT TIMES

• While the meet begins at 6, please plan to arrive at 4:45pm for check-in. Swimmers will check-in at the designated table, and receive their team t-shirt. Volunteers should check in at the volunteer table. 
• We will take a team picture between 5 and 5:20pm wearing the new shirt and our black team suits. 
• Following the picture at 5:30, warm-ups will begin.
• There will be a meeting for all timers, A or B shift, at 5:40pm behind the pool gate near the tennis courts.
• The meet itself will begin at 6:00pm. We do not have lights for this event, so we will need to move things along quickly.

VOLUNTEERS!

Our team is entirely run by volunteers and we depend on our team parents to make these events happen for our kids. It can also be a lot of fun working these jobs and passing the time with your neighbors. Please make sure you double check the jobs list for this event. Nearly every family has some type of assignment. With no away team, we need to cover all meet roles. It is also important preparation for hosting our 3 home meets this year.

If you are unable to fulfill your responsibility, you must arrange for a replacement via the parent group on Facebook or on your own.

HEAT SHEETS

Heat sheets can be downloaded and printed HERE. Also, see it attached below. Or you can download the SwimTopia app and sign in using your existing SwimTopia account from registration. We recommend purchasing the paid account of the app to be able to see the real time progression of the meet. You can access the heat sheets on the app as well. 

EMERGENCY ABSENCE NOTIFICATION

PARKING

Our pool parking lot is normally reserved for the visiting team and their families, however since there is no visiting team the lot is open for use. Overflow parking is available on Walden Creek Drive, but you must park on the POOL SIDE OF THE STREET ONLY.

BLACK vs BLUE

Our coaches requested we have a intra-squad format for this meet to make it more fun. Teams have been drawn up - you can find them on the meet doc. Swimmers can have fun wearing apparel/swag that represents their teams color. Just no face paint or marker until after the team photo :)

25th Caps & Swag

If you ordered a cap or other swag, we will try to get it to you at the mock meet. Additionally, we have a small inventory of 25th Anny caps remaining - they will be available for sale at the mock meet for $10 per cap.
