Hey Wahoo Families!

Our most anticipated night of the season is fast approaching and we are very excited to share more information with you!

The Wahoo's End of Season Banquet will be:

Wednesday, July 19th starting at 5pm under the oaks next to the pool.

Plan to bring the whole family for food, a FUN surprise, awards, raffle prizes and celebrating an awesome summer 2023 swim season!

Dinner ($10/plate) is available for pre-order in the team store!

This year we are featuring a delicious spread from Publix including a portion of each:

- their famous "Pub Subs,"

- Publix tossed salad

- fruit platter

- chicken tenders

- variety of chips

- drinks (blue zero gatorade, water, soda)

- and a special sweet treat.

***Vegetarian options will be available.

Doesn't suit your fancy?

You are also welcome to bring your own picnic dinner, we won't mind :)

** Please plan to bring your own lawn chairs and/or blankets, portable fans and bug spray. Kids should wear a bathing suit and bring a towel. We'll take care of the rest! **

TIMELINE

5pm - Arrive, set up chairs and play

530 - Dinner will be served

6pm+ - Awards and more!

Finally…this all would not be possible without volunteers. We are asking (one last time!) for help with set up, serving food and breakdown. The banquet planning committee is asking for additional volunteers to help make this night run smoothly. Extra volunteer points will be awarded for participation…the more points you earn a season the better your chances are for winning our awesome raffle prizes!
