Hi Wahoos! 

A few bits of information about tonight...

1. We will be swimming AT Weatherstone (1501 Castalia Dr, Cary, NC 27513). Please arrive to the meet by 5:15. Bring your own chairs, etc to sit on as you do for our home meets. 

2. Volunteers - all spots have been filled for tonight (thank you those who stepped up at the last minute!). Please check in with Meaghan when you arrive. There will be an "official meeting" for volunteers at 5:30. 

3. Heat Sheets & Numbers - Attached you will find 3 documents. There is a full heat sheet that you can print for your reference, a relay heat sheet that lists only the relays and swimmer numbers. A few numbers have changed (mainly for newer swimmers) so double check your swimmers number before you write it on them! 

4. Rain - we will swim in the rain. As long as it is not thundering and not raining so hard that you can't see the bottom of the pool, we will swim. We will delay the meet before we cancel anything. Be prepared for that. If the meet is delayed, we will still be expecting all swimmers to be there when the is able to resume. If you have to leave before you swim for whatever reason, you MUST TELL COACH RIO (or ERIC OR MEAGHAN) so they can tell the appropriate people. If you leave before you swim, you may cause another swimmer to not be able to swim also.
