Hi Wahoo Families! 

We are excited to be getting ready for the swim season! We plan to open registration on Monday, but before we do so, I wanted to check in to see if we could fill a few key volunteer jobs. These are job that would be your job for the whole season, and you would not need to do additional jobs. For some of these roles, you will have other volunteers "under" you whom you will lead. For these jobs, its nice to have a consistent person each week for both the kids but also so new people aren't always learning new jobs. 

1. Volunteer Coordinator - this person checks to make sure all jobs are filled for each meet. If there are empty job slots, you will be responsible for finding someone to fill the job. At each meet, you will have a check in for each volunteer to ensure everyone is there. 

2. Head Kid Pusher - this person will lead the other kid pushers and help make sure everyone knows what they're doing. The kid pushers collect the kids and "push" them along to the clerk of course. 

3. Head Clerk of Course - The clerk of course is where the kids get lined up behind the blocks. This person will lead the other volunteers in the clerk of course to help make sure they know what they're doing. 

4. Head Ribbon Writer - This person will be in charge of keeping inventory of our ribbons, working on the ribbons at the meet, and getting them to the other team (if it has to happen after the meet).
