Its Meet Day Wahoos! 

We will be swimming against the Weatherstone Sharks tonight! 

Arrive at our pool by 4:45. 

We will be in the pool warming up by 5:00. 

The first event starts at 6:00pm. 

SWIMMER CHECK IN: We are asking that when you arrive at the pool, ALL SWIMMERS need to check in with Beth Bearrows, Coach Riley and Coach Lauren. They will be located at a table under a tent right at the front gate of the pool. This will help us tremendously to know that everyone is here before the meet starts! You can also get your swimmers number at this time.

VOLUNTEERS: First of all, THANK YOU. Please check in with Katie Dickson when you arrive (1st half AND 2nd half volunteers need to check in before the meet). If you are an "official volunteer" (timers, place judges, recorder, scorekeeper, runner, clerk of course) you will need to go to the officials meeting at 5:45 right outside the front gate. 

MEET ENTRIES: Attached you will find a heat sheet. Since Weatherstone has a much smaller team, the coaches entered all swimmers in all 4 (3 for 6U) strokes this week, instead of the 3 (2 for 6U) they did last week.  If your swimmer is in HEAT 1 for any event, they MUST be there. Especially if you are in a RELAY, you MUST be there. Please do not leave early. When you leave unexpectedly, the coaches have to scramble, the kid pushers scramble, the clerk of course scrambles, and someone has to tell 3 kids in a relay that they don't get to swim. Please don't leave early if you are in a relay.

NUMBERS: Attached you will find a list of swimmer numbers. Feel free to go ahead and number your swimmer before you come. 

CONCESSIONS: Will be open. There will be a limited number of Chick-Fil-A sandwiches and pizza buy the slice. (Pre-Order for next week to be sure you get some!) 

THEME: Each week our coaches pick a different theme to help our swimmers get excited about the meet. This week will be a SPORTS JERSEY theme. 

GAME TIME: Be sure to find Mrs. Wagner with a new game at the meet to win fun prizes! 

T-SHIRTS: Due to unexpected delays from the t-shirt supplier, our shirts are not all here yet. We apologize for this delay! Fingers crossed all shirts will be here for the next meet.
