Breaststroke/Fly Clinic @ Walden Creek

On Wednesday July 6, 2022, Raleigh Swimming Association (RSA) will be giving a clinic for our team on breaststroke and butterfly. Swimmers will attend during their normal practice slot & the clinic is taking place here at the Walden Creek pool. To maximize in pool time for the clinic, there will be no dryland workout on this day. To help us plan for this clinic, please RSVP your athletes as attending or not attending for this date. 6 and under swimmers will focus on breaststroke and fundamentals.
There is no charge for your athletes to take part in this clinic - it is a great way for us to develop skills in these 2 strokes.
