Wahoo Families,

Last week we had a number of last minute absences due to illness and some confusion about who to tell.  In an effort to streamline things, we have added a form to our site for these situations.

You can find this form on the Meets & Events tab on the website.

Please keep in mind, this form is only for unexpected illness or family emergency after the meet entry has closed.  Also, parents signed up for volunteer positions should still expect to fulfill that role or contact the volunteer coordinator if they are unable to. This form does not excuse volunteers from duty.
