HELLO VOLUNTEERS-

Thank you for your time.  This is going to be a fun meet,  Please watch out for the email regarding arrival times and directions. We have had to rearrange some positions but have kept everyone with the half they signed up for.  

IF you cannot fill your role, reach out on Facebook or using the directory to find switches.  Email [email protected] once your switch is found so that I can move it in the system.

Refer to our website if your swimmer becomes ill and  your swimmer cannot attend  the meet.  There is a form to complete so it makes it to our heat sheet.  Please also send an email to [email protected] if you cannot fulfill your job as well.  We understand and we don't want sick swimmers but we depend on swimmers for points and relays.  

Pre meet volunteer meeting is at 545.  Arrive  with plenty of time to  check in at the volunteer  check in and check in your swimmer at the swimmer check in. Swimmers will be warming up by 530.  So get there with time to settle in.    Thank you!
